Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Managing network, service, and subscriber level KPIs monitoring, reporting, analytics in all telecom domains to ensure smooth operations, trigger campaigns and initiatives to improve the overall end to end service performance as measured by the subscriber experience, by network KPIs, and by regulator and third-party benchmarks against competitor.
- Represent the technology team in TRA consultations. Provide our regulation team with all network performance related TRA requirements.
- Perform new network nodes acceptance and KPIs verifications prior to boarding and handover to operations
- Proactively engage with Business Intelligence and customer analytics team to share, validate, and verify data.
- PM reports, PM dashboards, Monitoring Events, New sites KPIS verification, TRA s requests, launches.
- Analyze the gathered data for performance anomalies/exceptions.
- Design and communicate different performance dashboards to report all internal operational KPIs such as incidents handling, time to resolve outages, tasks delivery success rates, etc.
- Produce performance special / AD-HOC reports.
- Investigate and communicate performance issues to concerned teams.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Perform periodic data and reporting quality audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Leadership and management certifications.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a role in Telecom industry, with involvement in Telecom Services Performance.
- Advanced understanding of all telecom domains.
- Advanced understanding of data analysis, visualization, machine learning modeling and artificial intelligence applications
Skills
- Proven ability to lead large transformation projects
- Ability to lead teams and groups
- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
- Proven track record of managing vendors
- Proven track record in governance and financial management
- Strong management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage

Qualifications:
