Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, meticulously outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Conduct detailed resource planning, optimizing allocation of personnel, equipment, and budget to maximize project efficiency and minimize costs.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.

  • Establish and monitor project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and proactively addressing any deviations to keep projects on track.

  • Pref : Substation, Overhead Transmission Line & Under Ground Cable projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).

  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or Prince

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project planning within the [relevant industry] industry.

  • Exhibits strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P.

  • Valid membership with Kuwait Society of Engineers is must
