Required Experience:

Transmission Control Center duties and activities including monitoring and control of high voltage transmission network & substations (e.g. 400/132kV) and generating stations (including solar energy) through SCADA.

• Coordination with various power plants including IPPs for economic operation of generating units and load dispatch plans, as well as coordination with other interconnecting utilities / system operators.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of SCADA/EMS related applications and utilization of AGC operation in different modes.
• Commissioning activities of 400/132 kV transmission equipment and power plants.
• Candidate should be familiar with preparation of related daily reports and system abnormal event reports.
• Candidate should have knowledge of operational safety & health rules and ISO procedures.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and good computer / Microsoft office knowledge.
• Key points for the mentioned positions:
• Real Time Operation experience in TCC/LDC/NCC operating with SCADA is necessary.
• The position will be for shift duties; hence candidate should be physically & mentally fit to perform rotational shift duty and assignments as requested by his superiors.
• Good commitment and ability to work as part of a team under different conditions.
