Engineering Director - Mixed Use

The Engineering Director will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure all engineering aspects align with strategic objectives, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to landmark mixed-use projects that impact communities and shape the future urban landscape.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive engineering experience with at least 10 years in a senior management or director role, preferably in mixed-use development projects.
• Proven expertise in managing complex mixed-use projects involving multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering design principles, construction methods, and regulatory standards for mixed-use developments.
• Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Superior communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and sustainability in engineering projects.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
