Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
18+ years of experience, including UAE consultancy or large contracting organizations
Proven experience managing a centralized engineering / design department (E-Hub)
Strong exposure to multi-project environments and cross-disciplinary coordination
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
In-depth knowledge of UAE authority approvals, codes, and design standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Lead and manage the centralized Engineering / Technical E-Hub
Establish standard design procedures, workflows, and quality controls
Oversee coordination between architecture, structural, MEP, and BIM teams
Act as the technical authority for design reviews and approvals
Support management with technical strategy, risk mitigation, and value engineering
Ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects
