What You ll Do
* Participate in real-world engineering assignments across infrastructure and transportation sectors
* Work directly with project teams and customers, applying academic knowledge in a practical setting
* Support design, inspection, or technical tasks under supervision of senior engineers
* Attend employee panels, training workshops, and mentorship sessions designed for career development
* Network with Parsons leaders, fellow interns, and multidisciplinary professionals
* Contribute ideas and collaborate in team projects to gain exposure to industry practices
* Explore career paths within Parsons while developing technical and professional skills
Ideal Profile
* Must be a UAE National currently enrolled in a university program in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering
* Strong academic record with coursework relevant to the internship field
* Eagerness to gain practical experience and develop professional skills
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
* Motivated, proactive, and willing to contribute to project outcomes
