What you'll do

Past projects you would have led:

• Building AI Autonomous Agentic production-ready framework

• Optimizing the latency of complex database queries in SQL DB or Elastic

• Adding Redis queues and a worker container to our stack to execute async tasks

• Come up with a new architecture for our ingestion pipeline with the goal to increase throughput and cut cost

• Building SDKs or APIs with high focus on DX

Tech Stack

You should be familiar with a majority of these but we trust that you can pick up a new tech stack quickly.

• AI Agents frameworks - Agno, CrewAI, Langchain

• Backend in Java Spring, Python FastAPI / Flask / Django

• Elastic, Mongo, MySQL, Redis, S3

• Kafka

• Frontend in React Typescript

What we're looking for

• Experience in maintenance of highly reliable and scaling infrastructure as well as building AI Agents scalable and production-ready solutions (with context engineering, evals, monitoring)

• Strong leadership skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development

• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI in product development

• Hard worker and thrive working and leading a small and accountable team

• Previous startup or founding experience
