Engineering Lead Well Constructions Weatherford International Oil Field Services

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and support for DV tools and cementing operations across the country.
• Lead job design, planning, and execution support for cementing applications, ensuring optimal tool selection and performance.
• Support sales and business development through technical input in proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
• Engage with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver tailored cementing solutions.
• Perform pre-job calculations, simulations, and technical validations for DV tools and cementing jobs.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and global product line teams to ensure alignment with company strategies.
• Support the introduction and deployment of new cementing technologies and DV tools in the local market.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide on-site or remote technical support when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all activities.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, job programs, and post-job reports.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline)
• Minimum 10 years of field experience in cementing or well construction services
• Minimum 2 3 years in application engineering or technical support role within cementing or related product lines
• Experience with Weatherford cementing products and DV tools
• Knowledge of cementing software and engineering tools
