Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ul>

  • Ensure product/process development or industrialization in accordance with industry standards and specifications adapted to its scope, respecting regulations, the legal obligation of General Product Safety and the Customer Design System, and propose optimizations.
  • Ensure the robustness of the product/process design
  • To provide technical support to Designers, Preparers, Industrial Resources Project Managers (CAMI), logistics specialists, quality analysts in the execution of their activities.
  • To produce or support designers in the creation of deliverables and to identify any issues to inform risk management
  • Propose possible technical solutions for arbitration
  • Capitalizing on know-how in product/process development.

    • Deliverables:

    • Proposals for technical solutions for its client
    • Product/Process Development Summary Files at Milestones and Project Progress Reviews
    • Validation of the parts specification by delegation from the Unit Head
    • Plans signed by delegation from the Unit Head
    • D-Market Quality Suppliers Day for Milestone Passing
    • Quality of the documentation
    • Quality and planning of tooling launches (RO)
    • Component representativeness matrix for prototypes or pre-series
    • Managing the resolution of the LUP (Single Problem List)
    • Calculation reports, test analysis reports.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    With a degree in engineering (mechatronics, embedded systems), you have at least 5 years of experience in automotive systems engineering.

    Good mastery of CAD tools

    Experience with a car manufacturer is mandatory.
