Position:
Engineering Manager

Summary:
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the research and development of new products and solutions, oversee engineering processes, and ensure alignment with market demands. You will also manage teams, budgets, and projects to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Lead the research and innovative design concepts generation for all new products and solutions designs and development.
Guide research and knowledge acquisition to propose a design of a new product as required by clients.
Perform product prototyping and design testing to ensure suitability of newly developed products for production.
Supervise the manufacturing for the first order of new products and solutions.
Establish, develop, and maintain work strategy and objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 13 years of experience in Engineering Manager roles, with a focus on Surface Wellhead, X-mass trees, and Valves manufacturing.
Exposure to relevant Software like SOLID WORKS, ANSYS, AutoCAD
Experience in using ERP System like SAP, Oracle and PLM
Sound understanding of API 6A Standard specifications and requirements
Ability to manage tight timelines
Ability to lead projects and design reviews
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound analytical and problem-solving Skills
