Engineering Manager Four Seasons Hotel

About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Manager to join the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operational efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, ensuring the resort s infrastructure operates to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and luxury.

What You Will Do

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and professionally.

• Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the property to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools, and all critical systems (HVAC, MEP, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, fire life safety, and building codes.

• Respond swiftly to guest requests, maintenance issues, and emergency situations, minimizing downtime and service interruptions.

• Manage department budgets, monitor energy consumption, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

• Train, motivate, and develop the engineering team to uphold Four Seasons standards.

• Support pre-opening setup including equipment installation, system testing, and operational readiness.
