Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
*Lead engineering execution across all disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical, I&C)
*Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of engineering deliverables with full quality compliance
*Coordinate with procurement, vendors, licensors, construction, and clients/PMC
*Review/approve engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with international codes (API, ASME, IEC, etc.)
*Manage engineering progress, resources, manhours, and project KPIs*Resolve design/interface issues through interdisciplinary coordination and model reviews
*Support construction, commissioning, and field engineering activities
*Handle design changes and assess impact on cost, schedule, and scope
*Lead HAZOP, SIL, and other safety review closures
*Act as key engineering interface with client and stakeholders
*Mentor and manage engineering teams
Desired Candidate Profile
*BSc in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
*15–20 years oil & gas / petrochemical experience
*Strong EPC / FEED / detailed engineering background
*Experience as Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer on multi-disciplinary projects
*Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO, IEC, NFPA standards
*Familiar with tools like HYSYS, HTRI, AVEVA E3D / Smart 3D / CADWorx
*Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skillsPreferred
*Refinery project experience (CDU, VDU, hydrotreating, etc.) *Experience with international EPC contractors or licensors
*Strong commercial and project cost awareness
