Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Must be familiar with, and able to use, Microsoft Office software and Management Information Systems applications to an advanced level.

Must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask.

Must be able to communicate effectively with high levels of management within the RSAF and Company with proper tact, protocol and diplomacy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hold a university degree in an appropriate subject (e.g. Physics, Electrical, electro-mechanics, Mechanical or Computer Science) or any other qualification approved by MetCal Wing Commander.

Will have an extensive technical knowledge about TMDE, calibration equipment and laboratories management.

Will have at least eight years practical experience in technical calibration production, the most recent two years of which will be at a senior level with supervisory experience within MetCal, RSAF.

Must possess appropriate English oral and writing skills and the ability to compose and construct clear and understandable letters and reports.

Must have the ability to identify future requirements of the RSAF Metrology Program and to develop strategic plans and initiatives to accommodate such requirements.

Must possess a high standard of personal integrity, be capable of sensitive and tactful handling of personnel issues and fully committed to working to a high standard of ethical
