Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine accurate material requirements.
Source reliable suppliers and subcontractors with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase agreements.
Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast needs.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Handle claims and resolve any delivery or quality issues with vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering .
Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in procurement within the construction or real estate sector.
Strong technical understanding of construction materials and methods.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems , and procurement tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
