1. Supervision, Planning and implementation of all civil activity in order to optimize production within safety and cGMP compliance.

2. As per the schedule based on SOP frequency perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions so to preventive major breakdown equipment and machines.

3. Supervising and reviewing contractors work while ensuring conformance to approved plans and specifications.

4. Check all blueprints of field of work and assisting in the design and specifications of planned installations.

5. Ensuring the completion of projects according to contract specifications, drawings and technical requisitions in an efficient and timely manner.

6. Participating in the development of the engineering function's work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures.

7. Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the engineering function.

8. Participate effectively in machine selection and related design reviews of new projects and expansions related to field of work with a commitment to consider energy saving equipment and tools.

9. Develop and maintain user requirement specifications (URS) related to field of work.

10. Opening change control according to validation department requirements and following up.

11. Assist in the development of energy-conscious design, maintenance and operation policies with a commitment to continual improvement in energy performance.

12. To check and review all quality process for deviation and change control such as (closing CAPA with evidence and monitoring assessment).

Mandatory Job Responsibility:

1. Before stating Engineering work, ensure that technician obtained EHS work permitted as required.

2. Ensure that deviation and non-conformances are investigated or documented.

3. Ensure that all Notifications are executed and completed on time without any delay, if any notification has observed required change control or deviation, to be coordinated to Quality Assurance.

4. Ensure all SOPs are implemented and followed by the technical team for respective sections,

5. Ensure that SOP are reviewed periodically and periodic review report submitted to QA Dept. on time.

6. Ensure that whenever required SOPs must be amendment and for new equipment, SOP must be preparing before start the Equipment/Instrument

Administrative:

1. Documentation of operating standards.

2. Provide regular reporting of energy consumption and comparisons to energy baseline for related energy sources to the direct supervisor.

Required Educational Level and Certificates : Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Pharma or Industrial Engineering.

Required Experience: At least 5 years experience in the similar field with minimum 1 year experience of managing a team
