Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct accurate English-level assessments using advanced testing tools and platforms.
Analyze results and recommend the most suitable programs based on individual needs.
Present and sell Academy services to new and existing clients.
Build strong client relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction and progression.
Engage with prospects via chat, Zoom, and other channels to deliver clear, detailed program information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum English level of upper B2
An understanding of English language acquisition and proficiency frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
