Requirements:

  • Fluent English Speaker (B2+ / C1)
  • command of spoken English with clear, confident, and professional communication.
  • Relevant Experience in Telesales or Customer Service
  • Experience with inbound/outbound calls, cold calling, customer handling, sales conversion, lead generation, or client retention is a strong plus.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, handle objections professionally, and influence customer decisions while maintaining a positive attitude.
