Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the developmental needs of young learners.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language exploration.
  • Assess students progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
  • Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and educational resources to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves in English.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child s learning journey and address individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
  • Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Promote the values and mission of Kinder nursery &preschool within the classroom and the wider school community.
  • Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices in early childhood English instruction.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm for teaching.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
