Core Duties

* Lead and coordinate the English department to maintain excellence in teaching standards
* Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum plans aligned with CBSE and KHDA requirements
* Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional strategies and professional growth
* Evaluate student progress and guide instructional improvements
* Collaborate with school leadership to align departmental objectives with whole-school vision
* Stay updated on global educational trends and integrate best practices into the curriculum

Candidate Requirements

* Master s degree in English plus Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
* Minimum of 4 years teaching and leadership experience in the UAE
* Strong leadership skills and proven command of the English language
* Solid knowledge of KHDA regulations and CBSE curriculum standards
* Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and instructional leadership
* Must be physically present in the UAE
* Preference for candidates available to join by February 2025
