Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous support to English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in the company s CRM system with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and self-service options to enhance their experience.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
