Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English-language customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.

  • Minimum of 0 years and up to 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Ability to work full-time, under a permanent or long-term contract.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Maadi.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive, empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers and common office software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
