Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced teachers with a passion in supporting every child to achieve and develop for learning and developing a classroom environment where every child can succeed. You will be able to teach students of all abilities, demonstrate a proven track record of securing outstanding student outcomes.
It is highly desirable that you have experience of the IB programme, albeit not essential, as training will be given. As a practitioner you should have knowledge and experience in planning rich, engaging, and challenging learning experiences for your students, have a strong knowledge of assessment and its use in the classroom, and most importantly have a passion to stretch students to achieve their potential and beyond.
Required Candidate Profile
Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
Experience in Humanities teaching
Bachelors degree in English or similar, with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent
Experience in IB or GCSE English/Humanities.
A minimum of three years experience teaching in a reputable school
A track record of outstanding student results
Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment and integrity
Inter-cultural awareness, well-developed communication skills and excited to engage with students and parents
