Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to children s learning needs and abilities.
- Incorporate creative teaching methods and interactive activities to foster a dynamic classroom environment.
- Assess students progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Develop lesson plans and educational materials that align with Hi-Q Academy s curriculum and objectives.
- Encourage active participation and cultivate a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Utilize a variety of educational technologies and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the English program.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English to children in a classroom setting.
- Proven ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing educational activities and materials.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Organizational skills for managing classroom activities and student records.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
- Availability for on-site (office-based) work arrangements.
