Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Faculty member to teach English Language, ESL and other related courses to students in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in English and a demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective instruction to diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Evaluate and monitor student performance to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide academic guidance and support to students to improve language proficiency.
  • Integrate modern teaching methodologies and technology to enhance classroom engagement.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Education, or a related field.
  • Preferred Certifications: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or equivalent ESL teaching certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in English, ESL, or IELTS—preferably in the UAE.
  • Proven track record in preparing students for standardized English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Culturally sensitive with the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
