Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored for kindergarteners, incorporating play-based learning and age-appropriate activities.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages children's active participation in English language activities.
  • Assess students' progress regularly through observation, informal assessments, and age-appropriate testing methods to identify areas for improvement and track development.
  • Plan and prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources that align with the kindergarten curriculum and promote language acquisition through various modalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in child development and language acquisition.
  • Hold a valid teaching license or certification, such as a TEFL or CELTA certificate, providing evidence of professional training in English language teaching.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience working with kindergarten-aged children, showcasing familiarity with their developmental stages and learning needs.
  • Demonstrate a native or near-native level of English proficiency, with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills to effectively teach the language.
