Roles & Responsibilities

About VisaTier (VT)

  • VT is a British immigration and investment consultancy operating in the UK, Ireland, Spain, UAE, and the Pacific region.
  • For 15 years, we ve been helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and investors obtain residency and citizenship through investment and business programs.
  • We are now building a Sales Qualification Team in Cairo and hiring English-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify international leads for our Ireland and Vanuatu programs.

Your Mission

  • You will speak with potential clients who have already shown interest (no cold calling).
  • Your task is to:
  • Engage leads via phone and WhatsApp in clear, professional English.
  • Qualify clients based on needs, budget, and readiness.
  • Present the benefits of our programs (training provided).
  • Book consultations ( diagnostics ) with our immigration experts.
  • Record notes and results in our CRM (Bitrix24).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Excellent English (C1 or strong B2+) clear pronunciation and confident communication.
  • Previous experience in telesales, SDR, or customer communication (1+ year preferred).
  • Ability to follow a structured qualification script and handle objections.
  • Stable internet ( 20 Mbps), good headset, quiet working environment.
  • Strong discipline and motivation to achieve daily goals.

Performance Targets

Metric Monthly Goal Qualified leads (Score 75+) 40 Diagnostics booked 65 Diagnostics attended (Show) 50
  • Bonuses are paid per qualified & attended consultation.
  • Top performers receive additional monthly and quarterly incentives.

Compensation

  • Fixed base salary (in EGP).
