Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support English language instructors to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate English language curricula and instructional materials.
- Monitor classroom activities and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
- Organize and lead professional development workshops and training sessions for English teachers.
- Coordinate assessment and evaluation processes to track student progress and program effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and administration to address academic concerns.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, educational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new English teaching staff.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for both students and educators.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program outcomes, teacher performance, and student achievements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in English language instruction or educational supervision.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site (office-based) environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
