Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS/ADEK framework Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs and abilities Maintain children’s health, safety, and wellbeing at all times Follow nursery policies, ADEK regulations, and safeguarding procedures Promote positive behaviour and guide children using age-appropriate strategies Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and wellbeing Work collaboratively with other teachers, assistants, and management Prepare and maintain classroom materials and learning resources Ensure proper supervision during indoor, outdoor, and transition times Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs Maintain accurate records, attendance, and reports as required Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times
