Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that sparks curiosity and fosters a love for learning in young minds.
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Assess student progress regularly through various methods, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth and identify areas for support.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, establishing clear expectations and implementing positive reinforcement strategies to create a respectful atmosphere.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds a valid teaching license/certification appropriate for primary education; specific state or country certifications are preferred.
  • Demonstrates prior experience working in a primary school setting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Nationality preference: Open to all nationalities; however, a strong understanding of the local culture is beneficial.
