• Create an appropriate syllabus though department and individual needs
• Make an assessment with all learners to ensure the improvement
• Prepare learning material.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the learning schedule.
• Ensure that the learning tracking is always up to date and keep in file
• Ensure that the staff receives their full benefits and welfare.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops oneself at all times.
Understands hotel operation and policies so that can assist others to perform their functions efficiently.
Maintains grooming standards.
Helps conserve energy and water, manages wastes by reducing and recycle the wastes, carefully use of all resources.
Establishes two ways communication with all including encourage this practice among all.
Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness in the office.
Performs any other related duties as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least Bachelor degree in Teaching.
Practical experience in English language teaching at least 3 years.
Have good creativity and innovation
Computer literate Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
