Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Show a comprehensive knowledge of Education 2.0 system.
- Have a deep English subject knowledge.
- Translate School content into creative, interesting, and interactive Units, Lessons, and Topics Structure.
- Write questions and answers for use in various types of exams conforming to standardized test requirements.
- Put a high priority on creating high-quality content.
- Ensure that material is clear, consistent, complete, credible, and that text is well written, grammatically correct and accessible.
- Able to be part of a team that brainstorm to create ideas.
- Act as an innovative subject matter expert.
- Identify areas where created content can be modified to improve quality and production.
- Assist other company stakeholders with creative, innovative, and accurate materials.
- Always concerned with creating, editing, and production of English Language Subject content.
- Ensure information accuracy before creation.
- Communicate with Company stakeholders regarding work progress.
- Coordinate and be a liaison with other content departments to ensure quality and effective content especially on having a multi-disciplinary English content.
- Have an ongoing reflective thinking of content design and overall book layout.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in English Language.
- Minimum 2 years of qualified and innovative experience of formal education in English Language area.
- Understand and cooperate with the company s needs and policy.
- Willing to work as a Full-time office-based SME.
- Ability to be a creative and innovative thinker with keen attention to details.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and willingness to constantly update knowledge.
- Proficient Microsoft office knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and in National holidays as per work needs.
