Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive and engaging lesson plans tailored for Kindergarten students, promoting early literacy skills through play and exploration.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and collaboration among students.
• Assess and monitor student progress using various assessment tools, providing feedback to parents and caregivers to foster support at home.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching resources and methodologies to address diverse learning styles and ensure all students can thrive.
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians to build supportive relationships and encourage involvement in their children's education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to participate in curriculum development and engage in professional learning opportunities.
• Promote social and emotional development through positive guidance and support, addressing individual student needs.
