Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback sessions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to help students overcome language barriers.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff regarding student progress and needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of experience in teaching English or a related field.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to create dynamic and student-centered lesson plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms and engage learners.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and on-site at the institute.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of educators.
