Malvern College Egypt is seeking a professional, personable, and highly organised Enquiries and Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team. This front-facing role is pivotal in ensuring that every prospective family, visitor, and community member receives a warm welcome and a positive first impression of the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new admissions enquiries, general queries, and visitors to the College.
  • Provide accurate information about the school s ethos, curriculum, and admissions process.
  • Coordinate and lead school tours, ensuring a professional, informative, and engaging experience for prospective families.
  • Manage incoming correspondence (emails, calls, walk-ins) efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of enquiries and visits using the College s admissions systems.
  • Work closely with the Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure consistent communication and follow-up with families.
  • Support College events, such as Open Days and community engagement activities, representing the welcoming face of MCE.

Person Specification
Essential:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A warm, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across departments.

Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a school, customer service, or client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of admissions or marketing processes in an educational setting.
  • Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
