Job Opportunity: ENT Consultant – Saudi Arabia
Basic Function
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Otolaryngologists (ENT Specialists) to join one of the leading healthcare groups in Saudi Arabia. The role involves the medical and surgical treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat (ENT), and related structures of the head and neck.
Scope of Practice
The physician will diagnose and manage conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck in both children and adults. Clinical care will include both medical management and surgical intervention for congenital, developmental, infectious, inflammatory, neoplastic, and traumatic presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultations and patient-centered care to inpatients and outpatients in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in line with international standards of care and granted clinical privileges.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate effectively with other physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare staff in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Contribute to departmental educational and clinical meetings, including Grand Rounds and Journal Clubs.
- Mentor and support trainees and junior medical staff.
- Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement, and development of clinical guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certification or equivalent in ENT.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (Arabic language is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to a group practice environment.
- Proficiency in medical IT systems and digital health records.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of exclusive ENT practice post-Board Certification, or completion of a 1–2 year fellowship in an ENT subspecialty.
- Alternatively, at least 10 years of proven ENT subspecialty experience with an excellent professional track record.
- UK system: At least 3 years of training as Registrar/Senior Registrar in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
- All physicians with consultant status must have the following western qualifications only (CCT, Canadian fellowship (RCPSC, CFPC), American Board, Australian board (FRACP), Ireland trained (CSCST)
