Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose Own the end-to-end AI technology architecture for a diversified investment group, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned adoption of AI across portfolio companies and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Lead selection, evaluation, and integration of AI platforms, LLMs, MLOps tools, and data infrastructure across the group Assess existing IT, cloud, and data landscapes; define target-state AI architecture Design enterprise-grade AI reference architectures (data, model, integration, security) Partner with investment teams, IT, digital, and portfolio leadership to align AI initiatives with value creation Drive standardization, reuse, and interoperability across portfolio companies Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI solutions Establish architectural governance, documentation, and best practices Evaluate emerging AI technologies for strategic adoption Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and data teams Translate complex AI concepts into executive-level business languageRole Purpose Own the end-to-end AI technology architecture for a diversified investment group, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned adoption of AI across portfolio companies and corporate functions. Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a strong academic foundation is crucial.
Holds relevant certifications such as those from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in AI/ML; demonstrates commitment to staying current.
Has at least 10+ years of progressive experience in AI and machine learning, including experience in architecting and deploying AI solutions at scale.
Demonstrates experience in a relevant industry, such as finance, healthcare, or retail, showcasing industry-specific knowledge.
