Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage Planning for Enterprise Customer solutions covering Fixed/Mobile and Managed Services.
- Manage all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise Customers within agreed time, quality, and budget plan Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including 'first bill check'.
- Manage the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery. And manage weekly project status meetings with all stakeholders (internal and external) for ongoing projects.
- Be able to manage critical tasks and ensure delivery as per the requirements and escalate to line manager as necessary.
- Lead and closely work with enterprise customers and develop healthy relationship, become a go to person for the customer for all delivery related activities.
- Achieve 100% performance on all project milestones and KPI's (Time, Quality and Budget). Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering/ Telecom, IT or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in telecommunications sector or IT environment.
- Knowledge and in-depth experience in Enterprise Markets & Customers.
- Experience in project management and vendor management.
- A self-starter with a determination to succeed, balanced with appropriate tact and diplomacy.
- Prince2 or PMP/PMI certified is desirable
