Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers (Layer 2/3).
  • Administer and maintain FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, IPS, and SSL/IPSec VPNs.
  • Manage and monitor Aruba and Cisco wireless access points and controllers to ensure reliable connectivity and secure access.
  • Oversee site-to-site and remote access VPN connections, ensuring secure communication between branches and users.
  • Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive fault management.
  • Implement and maintain network monitoring and logging systems.
  • Support network-related aspects of new projects and system integrations.
  • Ensure network documentation, diagrams, and configurations are kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with IT helpdesk team to maintain a resilient and secure environment along with troubleshooting user's issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

/p>

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related experience/field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and network segmentation.
  • Experience with FortiGate and/or Palo Alto NGFW management.
  • Familiarity with Aruba ClearPass, Cisco WLC, or equivalent Wi-Fi management platforms.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4-7, or Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE are a strong plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
