We re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to be a key member of our Risk team within our Crypto entity in UAE. Youll be responsible for implementing cross-functional elements of the crypto risk management framework, including governance structures, maintenance of RAS, and the monitoring and reporting of daily risk exposures.

What Youll Be Doing

• Collaborating with the first line of defence to identify, assess, and regularly review all risk types
• Coaching the business to design and implement effective internal controls
• Developing and implementing risk policies, procedures, KRIs, and risk appetite statements
• Monitoring risks against limits and thresholds, and producing reports for management and key stakeholders
• Managing the risk incident process, including event registration and reporting to senior management and regulators
• Guiding teams on identifying and assessing inherent, net, and residual risks, and related controls
• Tracking KRI breaches and coordinating with risk owners and Group Risk to ensure timely resolution
• Supporting the New Initiatives Approval Process by ensuring SME engagement and proper governance
• Promoting risk awareness through internal sessions, onboarding materials, and learning initiatives
  
  

What Youll Need

• 5+ years of work experience in Risk Management in financial services
• A degree or certifications in Risk Management are preferred
• Experience in Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, or a related role from preferably within consumer platform (Banks / NBFIs)
• Proven ability to interpret and structure complex information
• A curious mindset questioning assumptions and seeking to understand how things work
• Exceptional organisational skills and a methodical approach with attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
