Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Account Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requirements, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review business needs and identify opportunities for expansion.

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers within the Riyadh market.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Sales & Solution Consulting

  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Promote company offerings including infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, and managed services.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and market feedback for management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration & Customer Support

  • Work closely with internal departments including technical, operations, finance, and support teams.
  • Ensure successful project handovers and smooth service delivery.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sales process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales within Riyadh market.
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales, account management, and business development.
  • Good understanding of IT solutions including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic with good command of English.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
