Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise customers to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Design end-to-end solutions using company products and platform capabilities.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and implementation planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams during pre-sales and post-sales cycles.
  • Support integration of APIs, platforms, and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful deployments.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and distributed systems.
  • Experience with system integration and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software, or platform solutions.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance concepts.
  • Experience with demo environments and solution prototypes.
