� Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy

• Shape and define the company’s vision, direction, and long-term strategy.
• Build a profitable, sustainable, and future-ready healthcare consultancy from the ground up.

Leadership & Operations

• Lead strategy while staying hands-on in establishing operations, systems, services, and workflows.
• Mentor, inspire, and recruit a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

Innovation & Technology

• Use AI, telemedicine, digital health, and emerging technologies to elevate clinical and business outcomes.
• Design innovative healthcare solutions that blend technology with human-centered care.

Advisory to the Chairman

• Provide strategic recommendations with honesty, clarity, and clinical expertise.
• Influence executive decisions and guide the company through growth stages.

� Who You Are

• Medical doctor with strong clinical expertise and decision-making ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—able to identify opportunities, innovate, and build solutions.
• Tech-forward thinker familiar with AI tools, EMR/EHR systems, telehealth, and digital platforms.
• Strategic & commercial leader who understands revenue models, scalability, budgets, and market positioning.
• Empathetic, human-centric, and inspiring in leadership style.
• Resilient and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

� Experience & Background

• Licensed medical doctor with clinical experience in hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Proven entrepreneurial exposure—startup founder, project lead, or innovation driver.
• Knowledge of digital health, AI, telemedicine, and healthcare technology.
• International exposure or familiarity with global best practices is a strong advantage.
