Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed cost models for environmental projects, factoring in regulatory requirements, remediation techniques, and material costs to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis of environmental remediation projects, including site assessments, waste disposal, and permitting, to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and bids for environmental projects, including cost breakdowns, project timelines, and risk assessments, to win new business.
  • Analyze and interpret environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance and accurately reflect the costs associated with them in project pricing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental project costing, pricing, or related roles, demonstrating practical application of knowledge.
  • Proven experience in cost estimating and pricing for environmental remediation projects, showcasing a track record of successful bids and projects.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA) and their impact on project costs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
