Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
The EHS Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. This role plays a critical part in promoting a safe work environment and minimizing risks within the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local and international environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures.

Lead safety training programs and awareness sessions for employees.

Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor hazardous materials management and ensure proper waste disposal practices.

Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and company leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Experience conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are a plus.
