Role Overview

The EHS Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. This role plays a critical part in promoting a safe work environment and minimizing risks within the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with local and international environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures.

• Lead safety training programs and awareness sessions for employees.

• Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor hazardous materials management and ensure proper waste disposal practices.

• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and company leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia.

• Experience conducting safety audits and risk assessments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are a plus.
