Responsibilities

1- Support the preparation and maintenance of the company s GHG inventory (Scopes 1, 2, and limited Scope 3) by collecting, organizing, and validating emissions data in line with GHG Protocol guidelines.

2- Assist in analyzing emissions data to identify basic trends and reduction opportunities, and contribute to internal reports supporting sustainability and climate initiatives.

3- Support compliance with GHG reporting requirements and assist in data submission for voluntary programs such as renewable energy certificates (RECs) or carbon-related initiatives.

4- Maintain and update GHG accounting tools, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.

5- Support mass balance certification schemes (e.g., ISCC, RSB) by preparing documentation, coordinating data requests, and assisting during audits.

6- Help improve environmental data management processes by documenting procedures, supporting automation efforts, and implementing best practices under supervision.

7- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, logistics) to gather environmental data and ensure timely reporting.

• Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards (e.g., EPA regulations, ISO 14001).
• Proven experience in conducting environmental assessments and audits.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex environmental data.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
