Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies and initiatives in line with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, especially those set by Ashghal (Public Works Authority).
Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments and manage mitigation measures for road and infrastructure projects.
Monitor and report on environmental performance to ensure sustainability goals are met.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Ashghal representatives, to ensure environmental compliance.
Provide training and support to project teams on environmental best practices.
Assist in preparing environmental documentation and reports for project submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental sustainability, preferably in road and infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with Ashghal environmental guidelines and requirements.
Strong understanding of environmental systems and sustainability practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments.
Experience in Ashghal projects is preferred.
