Job Description

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for pushing the limits of technology? Do you thrive on seeing how things break (so you can make them unbreakable)?

From scorching temperatures and extreme vibrations to relentless humidity and crushing pressures, you'll be instrumental in validating the robustness and reliability of our next-generation technologies that support national defense. You will develop and execute test plans, analyze data, and write test reports. Your work directly contributes to the mission readiness and operational excellence of vital systems used by our customers.

  • Operate test consoles and environmental test equipment such as thermal chambers, vibration systems, and instrumentation.
  • Conduct hands-on shock, vibration, thermal, humidity, salt fog, and solar testing.
  • Collaborate with third party labs for offsite tests.
  • Test Analysis and Reporting:
  • Review and analyze test data to confirm accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues encountered during testing.
  • Prepare and publish test reports documenting test results and findings.
  • Process Improvement and Collaboration:
  • Identify improvement opportunities and execute initiatives to enhance safety, product quality, and testing efficiency.
  • Develop five-year capital purchase plan to align test capabilities with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust and complete testing.
  • Assist and mentor junior engineers as appropriate.
