Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the negotiation of EPC and subcontractor contracts within the Middle East region.
- Ensure coordination with end user and lender requirements during contract drafting and review.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Saudi Arabia OEMs for datacenter long lead or critical equipment.
- Lead vendor qualification and ensure alignment with project design requirements.
- Develop strategies to access Saudi Arabia supply market in alignment with end user standards.
- Track supplier availability, performance, and pricing trends within the region.
- Work closely with engineering, legal, and finance teams to support contract development.
- Ensure internal compliance with Datavolt s contracting frameworks and governance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or Law. Graduate-level coursework is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in contracts or supply chain roles within infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia markets and basic contract negotiation experience preferred.
- Basic contract negotiation and analysis
- Understanding of supplier engagement in Saudi Arabia
