Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the negotiation of EPC and subcontractor contracts within the Middle East region.
  • Ensure coordination with end user and lender requirements during contract drafting and review.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Saudi Arabia OEMs for datacenter long lead or critical equipment.
  • Lead vendor qualification and ensure alignment with project design requirements.
  • Develop strategies to access Saudi Arabia supply market in alignment with end user standards.
  • Track supplier availability, performance, and pricing trends within the region.
  • Work closely with engineering, legal, and finance teams to support contract development.
  • Ensure internal compliance with Datavolt s contracting frameworks and governance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or Law. Graduate-level coursework is an advantage.

  • 3+ years of experience in contracts or supply chain roles within infrastructure or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia markets and basic contract negotiation experience preferred.
  • Basic contract negotiation and analysis
  • Understanding of supplier engagement in Saudi Arabia
