Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure Epic ClinDoc components including flowsheets, navigators, SmartForms, documentation templates, and interdisciplinary charting tools.
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to gather workflow requirements and translate them into scalable documentation design.
- Configure clinical decision support elements such as BPAs, SmartSets, SmartTools, and embedded documentation workflows.
- Perform unit, integrated, and UAT testing; troubleshoot documentation issues and collaborate with cross-module teams (Orders, Stork, Willow, Radiant, Beaker).
- Support training teams, workflow alignment activities, go-live readiness, and post go-live stabilization and optimization.
Qualifications
- Epic ClinDoc certification required.
- 3+ years of Epic ClinDoc build/support experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of inpatient nursing workflows, interdisciplinary documentation, and clinical decision support.
- Experience supporting large multi-hospital systems or international healthcare environments preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel onsite full-time as required for workflow sessions, validation, training support, and go-live activities.
