RESPONSIBILITY

Proficient in Epicor ERP 10 or later versions (Kinetic).
Experience with Epicor tools such as BPM (Business Process Management), dashboards, and BAQs (Business Activity Queries).
Basic knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and C# for customization.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting Epicor ERP solutions.
Professional certifications related to Epicor ERP or equivalent business systems.
Experience in Epicor ERP upgrades and migrations.
Experience with Epicor Customization Tools like BPMs (Business Process Management) and BAQs
(Business Activity Queries) & system integration tools and techniques (API).
Supporting ERP systems (Epicor) with both technical and functional expertise
Building and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET
Working on expense app development and integrating it with ERP systems
Providing user support and troubleshooting across mobile, web, and ERP platforms
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-platform development experience, and the ability to support both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems.
Developing hybrid mobile apps using Flutter or React Native (Added Advantage)

Educational Qualification

We Bachelor s degree in any stream or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience and functional knowledge to support ERP systems Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-platform development experience, and the ability to support both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems.
